Dragos CIOCAN is the new Reinsurance Manager of the company CARE
 Dragos CIOCAN was appointed Reinsurance Manager of the company CARE - Insurance - Reinsurance Company EXIM, owned by EXIMBANK.
"My objectives are similar to those of the new company which, being at the beginning of the road, aims to be a constant and active presence on the Romanian insurance market, to meet the increasingly complex needs for insurance coverage of future customers. To achieve these objectives, it takes the support of an entire team of professionals, and the sense of belonging to such a team gives me confidence in achieving these goals in the shortest time", Dragos CIOCAN said for XPRIMM Newsletters.
Until July 1, Dragos CIOCAN worked as Reinsurance Manager for the company CERTASIG. Previously, he had held the same position in the company EUROINS.
CARE was founded by EXIMBANK in 2009, following the recommendations of the European Commission, that prohibit the state support of insurance for export short-term credit against market risks. The company, which becomes operational this year, will activate on the commercial credit insurance and reinsurance, segment, having EULER HERMES and COFACE as competitors.
