Following the success of last years' conferences, the European Federation for Retirement Provision (EFRP), the leading voice on workplace pensions in Europe, will host its fourth annual conference once again in the context of the EURO FINANCE WEEK on Tuesday,
17 November 2009.
The European Pension Funds Congress will again be one of the highlights of the EURO FINANCE WEEK and will this year focus on DC pension provision in Europe, securing pension benefits and socially responsible investments. In the context of the congress the EFRP will present the first findings of its DC survey mapping the DC pension diversity in Europe.
Among the speakers are Elemer TERTÁK (EU Commission), Sharon BOWLES (European Parliament), Alexander BÖRSCH (ALLIANZ Global Investors), Fabio GALLI (Assogestioni), Julian WEBB (FIDELITY International), John Paul MARKS (The Pensions Regulator), Dr. Marcus SCHULMERICH (State Street Global Advisors), Jozef NIEMIEC (European Trade Union Confederation), Heribert KARCH (MetallRente), Sander Paul van TONGEREN (APG All Pensions Group) and Andrew EVANS (PricewaterhouseCoopers).
The conference attracts top level managers, experts and decision makers from the European pension funds industry as well as institutional investors, analysts and representatives from the EFRP's member associations.
