GUY CARPENTER: Reinsurance market hasn't turned corner yet
The global reinsurance market has not yet turned the corner into an upturn, a panel of speakers at the GUY CARPENTER symposium at the annual Baden-Baden Rendez-Vous has agreed.

CARPENTER, pointed out at the start of the event, 2011 has so far seen a very mixed picture for the market, due to a combination of natural catastrophes like the multiple earthquakes in New Zealand and Japan, and the ongoing financial crisis that has injected significant uncertainty into financial markets.
