ISC acknowledges that 15% of motor claims files are fraud
ISC (Insurance Supervisory Commission) officials acknowledged on the 3rd of March, in the hearings of the Economic Policies Committee of the Deputies Chamber, that fraud in motor insurance has reached 15% of the total number of files, according to realitatea.net.
ISC representatives were summoned before the Parliament Committee, under the circumstances of repair shops' protests, from the beginning of the week.
The discussions of the Economic Policies Committee will continue next week, too, with the objective of finding solutions to protect the final customers - the insured.
