SAFE INVEST, EPM Romania and KUNDEN Broker own 58% of the life segment
 In the first half of 2009, the life insurance class generated 58% (equivalent to EUR 14.4 million) of total business of insurance brokers, a negative nominal growth of -3.25, compared to H1 2008.
According to the Specialty Review INSURANCE Profile, first three mediation companies on life segment had the most important contribution to this figure, as follows: SAFE INVEST, EPM Romania and the broker from Cluj KUNDEN - totaling EUR 8.3 million (about 58% of the total analyzed market).
The next two positions are occupied by EUROBROKERS Group (8.2% market share) and, according to publication's estimates, by MARSH Romania.
Worthy to mention is that, of the 33 brokerage companies that have provided data about their activity on the life insurance segment, 15 had increases in the business volume, the remaining companies posting reductions of business volume.
