Serbia: DUNAV Osiguranje sold a part of the shares it held in KOMECIJALNA Banka
DUNAV Osiguranje, the biggest insurance company in Serbia, sold to ERSTE
Bank, in mid-January, 1% of the shares it owned in KOMECIJALNA Banka.
The transaction amounted to EUR 2.03 million and the price per share was approx. EUR 248.7. DUNAV Osiguranje is the largest insurance company in Serbia, with a 140 years tradition. The financial group DUNAV also includes DUNAV Re, DUNAV Penzije, DUNAV Stockbroker, DUNAV Auto, KOSIG DUNAV Osiguranje and, starting December the 13th 2010, DUNAV Banka.
